Castro Valley NJB is an organization dedicated to bringing positive values to kids through basketball. We strive to teach the game of basketball to the youth of the East Bay through positive coaching techniques. Our league is about fun and participation first and foremost. Through our All-Star and All-Net programs we also offer kids the opportunity to play competitive basketball at the highest level. The program is open to any child in Castro Valley, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and surrounding areas on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of their athletic ability or financial situation. Each year, the league starts with an evaluation of all players to help keep the players evenly distributed between teams which helps to make the game fun for all involved.
